I am an accomplished and passionate Recruitment and Talent Management professional with over 25 years’ experience in talent management, staff recruitment, training and development, RPO set-up and management and leading in-house recruitment teams.
After extensive years of working across a range of sectors and companies, from start-ups to corporates, I am a true believer that current recruitment models and processes need challenging as they are not providing clients value for money or candidates a positive experience.
I enjoy working collaboratively, always keep a level head and most enjoy the client and candidate interactions I have on day-to-day basis, which has helped forge long-lasting, trusting relationships.
A proud father of 3 children; a self-confessed gadget geek and petrolhead, and a life-long Southampton fan!

Two careers as a consultant and Army Officer, has meant I have had the privilege and fortune of working in culturally diverse and changing environments; advising and working with senior leaders and teams to solve complex problems.
With 20+ years experience working in a range of roles including leading recruitment teams, I have developed my skills and passion around understanding the importance of the impacts of leadership behaviour in the recruitment process on individuals, teams and organsisational performance and cultures.
I have experienced first-hand the stagnated recruitment approachs by many recruitment companies. This has made me believe that we can positively challenge current hiring experiences for all.
A family man who enjoys being part of different communities. I am also a passionate human geographer - loving travel, adventures and experiencing different cultures. Lastly I am a keen teams sports participant and supporter of a couple of known rugby and football teams!
